Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, order processing begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales made through Niilas Academy are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased through our website.


Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring that customers receive products in good condition. A replacement may be provided only in the following situation:

  • Product received in a damaged condition due to transit or shipping issues.

Proof Required for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must:

  • Record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Clearly show the damaged product and packaging in the video.
  • Submit the video proof within 7 days of receiving the product.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.


Non-Eligible Scenarios for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Damage reported without video proof.
  • Minor variations in color, design, or appearance due to screen display differences.
  • Customer mishandling, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Any request made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  3. Attach the complete unboxing video showing the damage.
  4. Our team will review the request and verify the claim.

Once approved, a replacement product will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.
